  • If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact our customer service department within 21 days of receipt for a return authorization.
  • Please no returns without a return authorization code (available from LMR Tackle Customer Service - 1-877-LMR-RODS (1-877-567-7637).
  • Items returned 22 or more days after original order delivery may not be accepted for return. Some returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Contact LMR Tackle for more information.
  • Customers are responsible for the return of their product and will incur an additional shipping charge for an exchange.
  • Non-defective items/products that have been used will not be accepted for return.
  • Undamaged, non-defective items returned outside their original, sealed packages are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Custom orders and all non-stock specialty items including drop-shipped items will incur a restocking fee, or may not be accepted for return.
  • Non-defective books and videos will not be accepted for return.
