Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Methods:

  • Free Shipping: Order qualifies for free ground shipping if over $100.00. (Offer applies for Continental United States and excluding bait, bulky & oversize items; including rods, mops, gaffs coolers, etc.). However when an order does not qualify because your item(s) are excluded, we will complementary subtract market value of a free shipping order from your order’s grand total.
  • Drop-Off / Hand Delivered: Order qualifies for free delivery if over $250.00. (Broward, Dade, Palm Beach). Will contact you to arrange delivery at your convenience.
  • Expedited Shipping:
    • Standard Delivery: (3-5 Business Days).
    • 2Day Delivery: (2 Business Days).
    • Priority Overnight: (1 Business Days).
  • All above offers applies for orders within the Continental United States. Unfortunately, items of large dimensions or weight such as custom rods, gaffs, coolers and bait do not qualify. If such item are ordered, we will contact you via phone or email to confirm the additional freight charge.

International Shipping Methods:

  • International Shipping: Customers will be charged a $6.00 handling fee. We will call or email with exact shipping rate. Above quoted shipping rates do not apply to international orders. Additional charges will apply.

All international orders will be shipped via FedEx International Priority shipping method.

Shipping Policies – (Very Important Please Read)

  1. ALL ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED VIA FEDEX – WE DO NOT OFFER SHIPPING THROUGH THE USPS, UPS, DHL OR ANY OTHER CARRIER. (The only exception to this policy is that orders shipping to military addresses will be sent via the USPS.) Special Instructions requesting shipping via services other than FedEx will not be followed.
  2. All shipments will be sent requiring a signature at time of delivery. If the recipient address has a Release Signature on file with FedEx, LMR Tackle is not responsible for the shipment once it has been delivered.
  3. Oversize packages which have dimensional weight charges applied will incur additional freight charges as imposed by FedEx – Items including, but not limited to: fishing rods, gaffs, coolers, rigging buckets, bait trays, bait tanks, tackle boxes/bags, marlin mats, boarding mats, battle stations, outriggers, fighting chairs & rod logs. Call for details.
  4. Orders being sent to international addresses will incur additional charges – expect a MINIMUM shipping/handling charge of $35 to Canada or Mexico and a MINIMUM shipping/handling charge of $45 to other international destinations – Prices calculated online are estimates. Customers will be contacted should shipping charges exceed that of which they were quoted online. (All international shipping/handling charges are based on package size weight and eventual destination.)
  5. Free shipping offers are only valid for orders placed within the continental United States. Free shipping only available via standard FedEx Ground method unless otherwise stated.
  6. Bait Orders – Anticipate a minimum additional charge of $55.00 including cooler, ice and freight.
  7. Drop-Shipped Orders -Including, but not limited to: outriggers, fighting chairs, coolers & Gunwale Mats WILL INCUR additional shipping charges.
  8. Orders being shipped to addresses outside the continental United States, including HI, AK, PR, call for shipping quote. (Allow additional 1-2 days for delivery.)
  9. Orders Including Rods or Gaffs will incur a $6.50 charge for a protective rod shipping tube.
  10. Returns/Exchanges – If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service dept within 21 days of receipt for a return authorization. Returns/Exchanges without authorization WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Returns/Exchanges after 21 days of original receipt WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. All Returns/Exchanges MUST be in original packaging and in unused/re-sellable condition.
  11. LMR Tackle Gift Cards are not returnable or refundable for cash except in states where required by law. If you decide to return merchandise that you purchased using your LMR Tackle Gift Card, the refunded amount will be credited directly back to your LMR Tackle Gift Card. Please do not throw away your LMR Tackle plastic Gift Card unless you are sure of your purchase.
  12. Please Note – ALL CLEARANCE SALES ARE FINAL.

Return Policy

Please call LMR Custom Rods & Tackle at 877-567-7637 Monday – Friday, 8am to 6 pm EST to obtain your return authorization (RA) code.

When you have obtained an RA code please complete this form and include it with your return and a copy of your receipt. Please write your RA number on the outside of the package you are returning.

PLEASE, DO NOT WIRE ON THE PRODUCT OR PRODUCT PACKAGING! PLEASE, DO NOT USE PRODUCT PACKAGING AS A SHIPPING CONTAINER!

  • If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact our customer service department within 21 days of receipt for a return authorization and you may return merchandise for a full money back refund, excluding any shipping charges.
  • Please no returns without a return authorization code (available from LMR Tackle Customer Service – 1-877-LMR-RODS (1-877-567-7637).
  • Items returned 22 or more days after original order delivery may not be accepted for return. Some returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Contact LMR Tackle for more information.
  • Customers are responsible for the return of their product and will incur an additional shipping charge for an exchange.
  • Non-defective items/products that have been used will not be accepted for return.
  • Undamaged, non-defective items returned outside their original, sealed packages are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Custom orders and all non-stock specialty items including drop-shipped items will incur a restocking fee, or may not be accepted for return.
  • Non-defective books and videos will not be accepted for return.
  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CLEARANCE AND SALE ITEMS.
