Black Hook Tackle Deep Drop Rigs

Black Hook Tackle Deep Drop Rigs are handmade with heavy-duty Rosco 3-way swivels, Lindgren-Pitman Primeline mono, and Mustad 39960D hooks. Available in 4- and 5-hook configurations depending on hook size, with 11" droppers and 25" between hooks — giving you room to freshen a hook or cut back a frayed leader. Overall rig length: 15 feet.

Hook Size Guide

• 8/0–9/0 — Shallow Water Rig (4-Hook): Built with 150lb mono and Rosco 3-way swivels, no glow bead. Lighter and less bulky — ideal for 400–600ft snapper, grouper, and tilefish fishing.
• 10/0–15/0 — Standard Deep Drop Rig (5-Hook): Full 5-hook configuration for deeper water targeting.
• 16/0 — Heavy Rig (4-Hook): 4-hook setup for the largest hook sizes.
