The Boone Lulu Teaser is a proven offshore teaser built for serious blue-water anglers. Designed to simulate baitfish action and draw strikes from marlin, tuna, and other large pelagics, the Lulu runs true at all trolling speeds and works equally well off the riggers or cleats.
