Yellowtail Up is a snapper chum that works for all types of reef fish, not just yellowtails. Mangrove, mutton, and red snapper love it. Even grouper, cobia, kingfish, and mackerel respond well to this chum. The 7lb kit includes the proprietary dry chum, a pouch of chum cloud menhaden milk, and it's own chum bag all conveniently packaged in a mixing bag. You can slow dump cups of the dry mix over on its own or blend the dry mix with the chum cloud to make a powerful fish attractant or you can use it in addition with your normal chum of choice. It's the low mess way to bring the big ones in. No refrigeration or freezer needed.
