C&H's Turbo Whistler features multiple jets for unbelievable action. The lure will stay just under the surface due to it's cupped head. These lures work great with or with out bait. These lures should be pulled around 7 to 9 knots. All lures come rigged on 100lb mono and a 7/0 mustad hook.
