Gold anodized spring loaded bracket holds reel in harness lugs. Rod tip end rotates to lock in the rod and store it up and out of the way. Instal spring loaded brackets to hold reel. The rod tip slips into the the end that rotates and locks the rod in place to hang on the ceiling or wall.
